Ngā mihi mahana ki a koutou katoa / Warm greetings to you all,
I’ve been wondering how you are supporting your tamariki (children) and rangatahi (young people) to make sense of what’s happening around them in the world at the moment, especially while we manage our own concerns! Have you found any silver linings in the Covid 19 Cloud and recent ‘Lockdown’?
Here’s a link to a reflection exercise you might like to do with your whānau (family), tamariki (children), rangatahi (young people) or mokopuna (grandchildren) or do it yourself as a reflective activity.
