Ngā mihi mahana ki a koutou katoa / Warm greetings to you all,
As winter settles in, the days are getting shorter and colder, it feels like quite a sensible idea to just stay put! Winter can be great for stripping some of the busyness away and not running ourselves ragged. We can still have connections with others as it remains to be an important part of our lives and wellbeing.
I hope to see some of you at training (or our online sessions are perfect from home), the PACE support group, or an event soon. Making connections with others can make all the difference! Please do not feel like you need to do this alone.
