Caring Families Aotearoa Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Caring Families Aotearoa (New Zealand Family and Foster Care Federation Inc) will be held on;
- Date: Tuesday 24th September 2024
- Time: 4:30pm
- Venue: The Rydges Latimer, Christchurch
Appointment of Proxy.
As per our Constitution, (clause 18.5) a member with voting rights who is unable to be present at an AGM may exercise a written proxy or postal vote to the Chief Executive, seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
Please send these to jenniferh@caringfamilies.org.nz by 17th of September 2024. Please note that if you are posting these documents they will need to be sent in time so they are received by 17th of September 2024.
