Kia ora koutou,
Isn’t time flying!!!! Here we are in October already, with September being pretty flat tack it has been a little bit settling to know Spring is here and Summer is around the corner. We have done some planting with more to come. Its been an awesome time of learning for my tamariki with the first part of the process so here’s to the continuation, and to see our produce grow with the best part, to eat it!
What are your plans for the School holidays? Send a pic through to our Facebook page if you are doing anything exciting. 😊

Keeping PACE – National Conference
I have just attended our National Conference for the first time and WOW what an awesome experience. The amazing speakers were just fantastic and meeting and building relationships with Caregivers from all regions was a highlight for me! We were also very lucky to have our Regional Committee attend and what an awesome bunch they are, not only in what they do as Caregivers but their contribution to organising events for other Caregivers! Thank you ladies! And let me just take my hat off to the amazing staff who organised the conference, job well done!!!
Don’t forget we have our two support groups up and running 😊
The Tauranga group is on every first Friday of the month with either a guest speaker or specific topic and the Rotorua group was held every third Thursday of the month but we have decided to change the date to the third Friday of every month from 10.30 am – 12.30pm.
TAURANGA SUPPORT GROUP 7th of OCTOBER
Memorial Park, Eleventh Avenue, Tauranga, 10.30am – 12.30pm
Bring the kids, picnic blankets and snacks, pizza will be provided for lunch.
ROTORUA SUPPORT GROUP 21st of OCTOBER
The Rotorua Support group are hosting a great opportunity. Book out this date. Everyone from anywhere in our region is invited. Details will be added on Facebook prior to the 21st
We have the wonderful Tania Henderson taking us as Caregivers through the PATH tool – an uplifting planning/dreaming tool for the tamariki in our care 😊
Please email me if you would like to attend.
Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou – Big greetings to you all
