Kia ora e hoa mā, hello friends,

As 2023 is coming to an end, I want to wish you a safe and happy Christmas and holiday period.

I want to acknowledge the great aroha, commitment, and determination you have brought to such a big year. If you happen to be coming along to the family fun days later this month, come say hi, it would be great to see you.

During this summer holiday period, I will be heading on leave from Monday 18 December and returning on Tuesday 30 January 2024. I am hoping this time will involve some good recharge time (beach and sunshine please), homemade iced coffees and catch ups with family and friends.

Our National Office will be closed from Friday 22nd December 2023 to Monday 8th January 2024. For urgent matters involving an allegation please call 0800 693 278.  For all other urgent matters please call your Agency.  For non-urgent matters please leave National Office a message on 0800 693 323 or email, and they will get back to you when they return.

It has been an absolute pleasure assisting you this year and I look forward to what is to come for us in 2024.
