December 2023 Caregiver News: East Coast Region

Kia ora East Coasters,

I’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the Family Fun Days in Napier and Gisborne last month. The turnout was nothing short of spectacular, and it was priceless to see the joy it brought to your tamariki. It was great to see whānau connecting, whether that was whilst they were lounging by the pool, playing games in the water, or enjoying a sausage sizzle and fizzy drink; it was a magnificent couple of events with lots of memories made!

I also wanted to give a shoutout to everyone who came to the movie day we organised with VOYCE Whakarongo Mai. Once again, the response was outstanding and the attendance exceeded our expectations. Your enthusiasm made it a memorable day for all. Thank you for contributing to the success of these events and for creating moments of happiness that will be cherished for a long time.

My last day of work for the year will be Friday 22nd December, and I will be returning on Tuesday 16 January 2024.
