Happy New year to you all and welcome to 2022.
We had beautiful weather over the Christmas break, and I hope that you and your whānau had plenty of opportunities to get outside and enjoy it.

2021 was another year of uncertainty for Aotearoa which  saw further regional lockdowns, changing from the alert level system to the traffic light system and the emergence of a new Covid variant. It is important that we remember we are still in the grips of a pandemic and in that respect, we are not out of the woods yet. We are working to ensure that we provide ongoing support to our members, no matter the situation.

In December 2021, Caring Families Aotearoa made the decision to require all those who work for our organisation to be fully vaccinated. All our face-to-face trainings and events will also require those in attendance to be fully vaccinated. This is to ensure that our events can still go ahead under the current Covid-19 Protection Framework, while keeping all those in attendance as safe as possible.
