Masks for Care Families

Craft Cafe Creative Being co-founders, Susan Allison and Susie Jones have been working with children from St Francis de Sales School in Island Bay, Wellington, to make masks for our members. A group of children gave up their lunchtimes to cut out the pieces for face makes, which Susan sewed. “The children enjoyed doing something good,” said Deputy Principal Sarah Fountain. Over three lunchtimes the group has made 98 masks which they presented to our CEO, Linda Surtees, last week

All 98 masks have been given to caregivers throughout New Zealand.
