Ngā mihi mahana ki a koutou katoa /Warm greetings to you all,

Where’s your silver lining in the Covid 19 cloud? Here’s a link to an exercise you might want to do with your whānau (family), tamariki (children) or mokopuna (grandchildren) or do it yourself as a reflective activity.

My silver lining was staying in touch with our whānau members via video calls a.k.a. Zui (Zoom Hui) and realising we’re pretty well connected anyway, but the physical reunions have been immensely satisfying. You just can’t beat the hug factor and the smiles… or laughing and eating together.
How important is it that we connect??…Soooo important.

Term 3 Training and Support Groups

I’m looking forward to getting some training and support groups underway in Term 3.  We will be offering evening and weekend options too.

We will be following Level One Covid-19 guidelines during training to ensure we are all kept safe.

The Training Calendar will go live early next week.

I’ve had a few requests from Caregivers who really miss the konohi ki te kanohi hui (face to face gatherings). So let’s get the ‘show on the road’ and conversations flowing about our Therapeutic Parenting, PACE approach and nurture those incredibly important attachments you have with the tamariki (children)/ mokopuna (grandchildren) in your care.

Level 1….Making pancakes with our mokopuna…the best!!!

The Blues vs Hurricanes Game…my first time at Eden Park, amazing!

Whakawhetai mo te Manaaki / Thanks for Caring
Kia āta noho, kia mau tonu / Keep calm and carry on
